Honda wins yet again for top Miami vehicle
The start of the New Year brings many opportunities for Honda. With the unveiling of new vehicles in the spring and much press garnered from past accomplishments, Honda has molded itself as one of the top automakers in the world. Honda was able to grab many awards for its reliable vehicles in 2009, starting with the fourth annual Motorist Choice Awards.
The 2009 Motorist Choice awards acknowledge new vehicles and trucks that provide economic and emotional satisfaction to its owners. The results, in turn, help new car buyers find vehicles that best satisfy all of their personal-transportation needs. The awards survey, which was announced in August 2009, scores 196 cars, trucks, and crossovers. Awards are given for top-scoring vehicles scoring in each of twenty-three segments, as well as for the top-scoring brand. The Motorist Choice Awards were co-developed by Tustin, Calif.-based AutoPacific, known for its owner satisfaction rankings, and Campbell, Calif.-based IntelliChoice.com, the online source for automotive ownership cost and value analysis, to recognize the vehicles that delivered both the highest customer satisfaction and the lowest cost of ownership. The awards combine AutoPacific's owner satisfaction data from new car and truck buyers with IntelliChoice.com's cost-of-ownership rating methodology to find and honor those vehicles that speak to both the hearts and wallets of car buyers.
Honda won three awards in the following categories: Economy Car (Honda Fit), Minivan (Honda Odyssey), and Mid-Size Crossover SUV (Honda CR-V). It’s no surprise to see that the three vehicles have once again received accolades for their performance, as they are the best in their class. SUV’s seem to be a pretty popular vehicle lurking through Miami streets. However, finding an economical SUV is even harder to find. Shopping for a Honda in Miami can be the more practical and economical choice for you. Make sure to stop by your local Miami dealership to test drive a Honda and see if it’s right for you.
